What Makes This Blog Special?
My goal with this blog is to create a community for mothers to learn and grow. I want to create a sisterhood amongst us mothers. A momsterhood!
I want to connect with other stay-at-home mothers (SAHM).
I’m looking for those mothers who have either lost, unearthed, and, or otherwise revamped their identities. We can all learn from each other and grow together.
As a mother and a Christian woman, doing things the “right” way can seem like an impossible feat. And pleasing our family while also making time for ourselves may feel like a job in itself. But do not lose hope. You are here, right now, on this developing blog, for a reason.
It’s possible to live our best life the way that God intended us to live it, centered around Him. We can coexist with our loved ones as we grow into the woman we desire and God plans for us to become.
But Why Did You Create A Blog?
Documenting my life as a mother of four girls has been on my mind so much lately. And as a woman looking to redefine herself, creating this blog just seemed like the next step in this season of my life.
I know what it feels like to wander around aimlessly with no destination in sight. We know that we want to get out of the reality that we’re in, but we don’t necessarily know where we want to go. And if you’re the lucky ones who know where you want to be, you may have a problem figuring out how to get there.
And I get it. With the snap of your fingers, who you once were before you had children is now struggling to keep her presence around, because let’s face it, taking care of children, much less four or more, can be a lot of work! It’s easy to forget about yourself.
But there is a bright beacon at the end of this tunnel. It’s calling you to a better life. A life filled with growth and wisdom.
You got this, mama!

Motherhood may be challenging, but it does come with its rewards.
My payments come in the form of hugs and kisses. The constant I love You’s that are said randomly throughout the day makes my heart smile. Add in the desire to help mommy around the house life is good and a good reminder that I’m doing something right.
But, I also get the yelling, crying, and everything else that comes with mothering as a bonus that I didn’t want to pay for, ever. Because let’s face it, it can get under your skin and bring out another side of you you sought to keep at bay or did not know existed. *In my Bridget (from “Trolls”) voice when she attempted to scream with excitement: “yay me.”
If you haven’t seen it, watch it, and then you’ll see what I mean😊.
Aside from the bantering, moments of peace, and unpredictable events, motherhood has taught me more about myself and boy has it opened up my eyes and peeled back my eyelids.
I’m hoping I’m not alone in this👀.
I hope to inspire and motivate you guys to live your best life. We literally only get one life to live. Let’s make it an epic one.
